Terms of use

Effective 24 October 2026. By using Verify Campus you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially sections 2, 3 and 9.

1. What Verify Campus is

Verify Campus is an independent, one-stop public-interest information service run by Jayasha Holdings ("we"). It brings together information that government bodies and regulators publish, such as the UGC, UGC-DEB, AICTE, RCI and the National Scholarship Portal, so that students and parents can find it in one place. Verify Campus is not a government body, regulator, university, admission agent or legal adviser, and is not affiliated with any of them.

2. Information only; no responsibility for your decisions

Everything on Verify Campus, including verdicts, colours, labels, reports, comparisons, alerts and scholarship information, is general information provided "as is" and "as available". We try to copy official sources accurately, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, accurate or suitable for your purpose. Official sources can change, contain errors, or be published late.

The official notice or list from the relevant regulator is always the final authority. You are responsible for checking it, and for every decision you make about admission, fees, courses, jobs, scholarships or anything else. Verify Campus does not recommend, rank or endorse any institution.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verify Campus, its owners, operators and contributors are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including loss of fees, admission, time, opportunity, income or data, arising from or connected with your use of the site, its content, or any reliance on it.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

4. Third-party sites and ads

We link to official websites and may show advertisements. We do not control third-party sites or ads, and showing them is not an endorsement. Ads never affect verification results, and no institution can pay for a listing, ranking or verdict.

5. Paid features

Compare (₹99 for 30 days) and Alerts (₹199 a year) are offered for convenience. After you choose a plan in your account, we send UPI payment details; once paid, we switch the plan on for the stated period. Plans do not renew by themselves. Access is for your own use and must not be shared or sold.

Paid features present the same public information as the rest of the site and carry the same limits described in sections 2 and 3. Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis after we see an official change; we do not guarantee timing or that every change will be caught. If we cannot activate your access within 7 days of payment, we will refund you. Otherwise, payments are not refundable once a plan has been switched on, except where the law requires.

6. What you send us

When you submit a form, you confirm that the details are true and that you may share them. Institutions sending updates confirm they are authorised to do so. We publish only what a regulator has issued, and we may decline any request.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated bulk copying that harms the service, no attempts to break security, no impersonation, and no use that breaks the law. Government data remains public; our own text, design and code belong to Verify Campus.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms or the site at any time; the effective date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

9. Official sources we refer to

Verify Campus only copies and links to information published by the bodies below. We do not create, change, approve or own this information. Each source is responsible for its own content. Verify Campus holds no accountability for errors, omissions, delays, withdrawn approvals, broken links or any change made by these sources, or for how they handle your data when you visit them.
